Most login issues are caused by an unverified email address, expired password, or a locked account.
NOTE: Resetting your password will resolve most login issues.
Your email address was not verified:
During the account registration process, a confirmation email is sent with instructions to verify the email address. New users are required to verify their email address prior to logging in, otherwise their account will remain in a “pending” state, preventing them from logging in. If you have issues verifying your email address, contact the Aero App Support Team for assistance.
Your password has expired:
AUD passwords expire after 365 days. AUD will alert you via email prior to your password expiring thereby enabling you to reset your password before the expiration date. If your password has expired, reset your password.
Your account is locked out:
Your AUD account becomes locked out after multiple failed login attempts, requiring you to wait before attempting to log in again. If you are unable to log in after the lock out period, reset your password.
